The Jinja Mafubira SACCO (JMT) is guided by a set of clear objectives designed to fulfill its mission and realize its vision:

1. 1. To teach the members the culture of savings: JMT aims to instill and nurture a strong habit of saving among all its members, emphasizing the long-term benefits of consistent financial discipline.
   2. To encourage its members to save and use their savings constructively: Beyond just saving, the SACCO promotes the responsible and productive utilization of accumulated savings, guiding members towards investments that yield sustainable returns and improve their livelihoods.
   3. To encourage its members to reach out and share the message of Education quality at their workplaces and within their community: Reflecting its roots in education and community development, JMT encourages its members to be advocates for quality education, leveraging their influence to promote educational excellence.
   4. To promote thrift among the members by affording them an opportunity for accumulating savings and paying reasonable interest without risk on such savings: JMT provides a secure and beneficial environment for members to accumulate their savings, ensuring that their deposits earn fair and reasonable interest while being protected from undue risk.
   5. To encourage its members to excel in their trades, professions, and businesses and do their best to bring glory to God, right where they are: JMT fosters a spirit of excellence and dedication among its members, encouraging them to perform optimally in their respective occupations and entrepreneurial ventures, aligning their success with a higher purpose.
   6. To create a source of funds from which JMT Sacco can afford relief to members in need by availing Credit to its members for productive, provident purposes, and in emergency situations at fair and reasonable rates of interest under given terms of repayment: A core objective is to establish a robust fund that allows JMT to provide financial assistance to members. This includes offering credit for productive investments, provident needs, and emergency situations, ensuring loans are provided at fair and reasonable interest rates with clear repayment terms.
   7. To promote and encourage the culture of giving in JMT-KAWA and its members and in so doing give to charities and noble causes like orphanages: JMT aims to cultivate a philanthropic spirit among its members, encouraging them to contribute to charitable causes and noble initiatives, such as supporting orphanages, thereby extending the SACCO’s positive impact beyond its direct membership.
