With determination and commitment by the KAWA Continuous Professional development team to have all teachers trained, empowered and supported to be the very best, Dr. Susy Maria Rogers becomes the KAWA Chief Online e-Moderator. While presenting her Pedagogical variation learning theory at Makerere University last month, Dr. Susy put emphasis on research and innovation. She later sent an acceptance letter through email to KAWA Management accepting to serve as e-moderator.
"Many thanks for your much appreciated hospitality. It is with great pleasure that I accept the opportunity of becoming a member of your team of e-moderators. Again it was a tremendous honour to be your Keynote Speaker and I look forward to the data generated from the Questionnaires to evaluate The Pedagogical Variation Model, PVM (Rogers 2013) for online learning and teaching. wrote Dr. Susy.
KAWA has also got other important education specialists with experience in theory and practice of Education namely Dr. Winifred Kisitu, an Early Child development specialist from Edinburgh University and visiting lecturer at Uganda Christian university. She joins KAWA Board as a consultant on ECD.
Another important board member is Mrs. Olive Kyohere, a former Senior School Administrator of Luzira SS and Secretary of ASSHU. She is serving as eLearning Co-ordinator.
