Our efforts have yielded positive result after seeing these Moodle elearning platform up and running. The platform will play an important role in the implementation of the teacher continuous Professional development support and retooling of teachers country wide.
Just a click at www.elearning.kawa.ac.ug automatically leads to the great Learning Management System where students can login with a username and a password. Great thanks to infocode team for the development of the platform.
The first courses on this platform are for teachers, beginning with the UNESCO ICT Competence Framework for teachers that was launched by the Minister of Education and Sports, First Lady Janet Kataha Museveni. This is an in service course to cater for primary, secondary and tertiary institutions teachers.
